Particulars:
- Tent will accommodate your wedding guests (up to 170 people), including room for farm tables, chairs, DJ, dance floor, food and bar set up; maximum 40’ x 80’ tent. Sweet Meadow will determine tent size based on your number of guests.
- White garden chairs: up to 170; one per person for ceremony and reception; must be moved from ceremony area to tent for reception; wedding party to set up; very easy to do!
- Farm tables: Sweet Meadow to supply enough to accommodate your guests; up to 20; wedding party to set up. Farm tables included in packages II & III or ala carte in package I.
- In the Sweet Meadow I Package, wedding party may gather on patio and use the grass steps to proceed for ceremony but gardens and home are not available for any other reason.
- Sales tax and lodging tax not included
- All rentals must be clean and intact upon return. China and silverware must be washed and sanitized. Chalkboards must be washed of all writing. All rentals, with the exception of tent, tables and chairs, must be returned to Sweet Meadow Barn.
- Home must be returned to the way you found it. All dirty linens, including towels and sheets, must be brought to laundry room on 1st floor. Sweet Meadow staff to perform washing of all linens.
- All dirty dishes belonging to Sweet Meadow Home must be rinsed and placed in dishwasher.
- Corn hole games are not waterproof. Please bring under cover if it rains and at end of reception to protect from any precipitation.
- Extension cords and lights must be wrapped and placed back in original containers.
- Day of Wedding coordination is strongly suggested! You do not need to worry about vendors and logistics on your wedding day. Please select someone outside your wedding party who can manage the details for you. Strange Events is one of our Proven Partners and worth every cent when it comes to managing these details! - Insurance: Don’t forget to budget for insurance ($200 should cover it). Make sure your caterer and bartender understand that they must also provide proof of liability insurance. “Sweet Meadow Weddings & Events”, “Jean Beaulieu” and “Leigh Beaulieu” must all be listed as additional insured. See your contract for details.
